Previously for three years, I just put on powder and lip gloss and that’s it, now my job requires me to put on make-up daily, honestly, I am not too comfortable by the fact that I need to prepare my face as part of my daily routine. An Australian TV series, Spartacus , Blood and Sands, story is based on the ancient Roman times gladiator, Spartacus, a slave that was turned into a gladiator, which I am hooked on. The series has a lot of violent and sexual scenes, that is why it is rated R, and it has a disclaimer in the beginning of every series. They try to portray, in every episode as close to how it was in the old Roman times, including the language, the way of dressing and the lifestyle of the Romans.   How the rich and the famous lived their life in those days were portrayed together with the treatment of the slaves, and the struggle for power in those days, and what humans are capable to gain it. The story in season one,revolves around Spartacus, and how he became the greatest gladiator that ever lived. Fighting every where, blood spurting here and there, nudity and sexy scenes, fill the series in this season. The love of Spartacus for his wife, and the love story between the slaves is the undertone of this series, behind all of the violence, all the fighting, deceit, greed for power, it is the main reason why he survives every fight in the arena. My boyfriend downloaded the whole season one series, and I finished watching them in one day, and I am now addicted and I want to watch the next season which is about the previous gladiators before Spartacus. I want to know where I could watch movies online for free, I have asked around, and everyone is pointing me to get utorrent, which I already tried downloading, but it is not working, or maybe I am just too stupid to figure out to make it work.

Once a good friend of yours or a family member would go into cardiac arrest, the best thing that you should do is to do the cardio pulmonary resuscitation because based on some studies, victims can have greater chances of surviving if CPR is immediately performed. In dealing with emergency situations, we should always be educated enough about them since life is very important indeed and it will be able to make a big difference if we know how to do CPR than just doing nothing at all. With my experiences, I am also teaching my friends and family what I have learned so that I can share what I know from these trainings.

My close cousin is a software engineer in an American company in Manila and usually chatted me on what his up to and shares a lot of his new staff and news, specially on his latest gadgets so he is like a brother to me since he is comfortable sharing with me all the things that he is working on and even when we met and we walked in the mall and have a serious conversation about the projects and technology that he is handling. In one of our conversations, he made mention about his projects and this one big project that is assigned to him by the company which needs a lot of attention and focus working on it so I ask him what was the project all about and he said that it is all about creating inspection software and this work has been assigned to him by the company for a long time and he said that it was like making a thesis project from the school that you have to develop a structure and with a system that will integrate like a Planning, Overview meeting, Preparation, Inspection meeting, rework and follow up.   While he shares these we are in a coffee shop and I notice that he was already serious talking about what he is up to because he is openly discussing this thing and since I am not really a developer some of his concerns are really hard to understand, so I do not mind the technical stuffs that he have mentioned, all I understand that he has a big issue and was pressured of his work and I am not sure how to help him such that he will be successful in addressing his work issues but I am trying very hard to give him suggestions on how to work around the problem like consulting senior engineers, reading some articles about it, and having a brain storming sessions with his peers.
